This instructional book (colored) is dedicated to the study of the modes of the scales to understand their origin, structure, the sound characteristics and how to use them in improvisation.

The book is developed with a study method based on 5 steps to follow in order to analyze, memorize and master each mode along the entire fretboard of the guitar. In order to make this book as complete as possible, the author included the concepts for the construction of chords and related arpeggios with extensions of the modes of the Major, Melodic and Harmonic minor scales.

For the main modes are reported, the triads, arpeggios and pentatonic scales to be used to best emphasize their sound during improvisation.
